Ramki also advises clean tech companies on capital raising and M&A.
Ramki is passionate about sustainability and has built green businesses and has extensive experience developing, commissioning, and operating wind and solar farms and used oil re-refineries.
Earlier, Ramki was the President at Orient Green Power Ltd (OGPL), a leading renewable energy power producer in India with 500+ MW of operating capacity. Ramki led the IPO of OGPL along with the main shareholder of the company and raised $200 Million.
Prior to his career in industry, Ramki was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Atlanta office helping clients on a variety of areas including strategy, business building, geographic expansion, marketing, and organizational change management.
Ramki holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from University of Rochester. He also holds a M.B.A from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon, where he received the academic excellence award in the flextime program.

Girish Kumar
Cofounder
Girish Kumar was the CEO of Apollo Management Singapore, a subsidiary of the New York based global private equity and alternative investment powerhouse. Girish was the founding partner of Apollo Asia's credit business in the region and was with the group from 2007 till 2022.
Prior to that, he was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch in various investment roles across Asia and Australia. He was a rated equity and credit analyst and later was a senior member of the team heading convertible and high yield research in the region. His recent investment focus has been in providing hybrid and mezzanine capital for growing companies with limited access to more traditional forms of capital. He is interested in renewable energy and sustainability investing in the region both under Apollo and in his own personal capacity. His past investments in clean tech have spanned solar PV cell and module manufacturing in China, wind turbine manufacturing companies in India/Europe and wind/solar power IPPs across Asia.
An Australian citizen, Girish lives in Singapore. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
